A. The BioStim® NMS2!

If you have used the BioStim NMS+ stimulator manufactured by BioMedical Life Systems, Inc. You already understand the benefits of this powerful, flexible muscle stimulator with both symmetrical bi-phasic square waveform and asymmetrical bi-phasic square to target both nerve endings and muscle for pain relief and muscle re-education. You are also familiar with the adjustable pulse width that enables the therapist to customize how strong each contraction will be.

We did not change the parameters that you have come to expect from this high-end muscle stimulator; we simply made it easier for you and your customers to use.

Here are some examples of the new features included in the BioStim® NMS2:

  1. Functions like a T.E.N.S. in constant mode to achieve pain relief. The patient or therapist can easily toggle from pain relief settings, to a muscle building program with the push of one button.
  2. There are now more (8) present therapy settings to accommodate a wider population range from pediatric applications to professional athletes.
  3. The pre-set therapies have been changed based upon valued customer feedback enabling the pre-set therapies to be used more often, eliminating the need to set custom programs as often, if at all.
  4. The device holds up to three custom programs and it is easy for the patient to toggle between them. The custom programs remain set into the device until they are changed or the device is reset by the dealer or therapist.
  5. The Patient Compliance meter starts recording how many hours the device has been used from the first time it is issued to the patient, until the device is reset by the dealer or therapist. The device no longer has to be locked to record compliance!
